Docu Ninja offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. This page covers plans, pricing, and managing your subscription.

Upgrading to Pro
- Navigate to Account > Billing (or click the upgrade prompt).
- Select the Pro plan.
- Choose Monthly ($12/month) or Annual ($120/year) billing.
- Enter your payment details (credit card via Stripe).
- Confirm the upgrade.
Your Pro features are activated immediately.
tip
The annual plan saves you $24/year compared to monthly billing.
Managing your subscription
Update payment method
- Go to Account > Billing.
- Click Update Payment Method.
- Enter your new card details.
- Click Save.
Cancel subscription
- Go to Account > Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Document limits
On the Free plan, you can create up to 5 documents per month. The counter resets at the start of each billing cycle.
If you reach the limit:
- You cannot create new documents until the counter resets.
- Existing documents continue to function normally (signing, downloading, etc.).
- Upgrade to Pro for unlimited documents.
Payment processing
Docu Ninja uses Stripe for secure payment processing:
- Your card details are stored securely by Stripe — Docu Ninja never sees your full card number.
- Payments are processed in USD.
- Invoices are available through your Stripe customer portal.
