Send document for signing
POST/documents/:document/send
Send the document to all invited signatories. This triggers signing invitation emails and moves the document to Sent status (5).
Requirements:
- The authenticated user's email must be verified
- The document must have at least one invitation
Optionally specify which invitations to send (by default, all are sent).
